On the Bridlington route, you are spoilt for choice, with a Heritage coastline, nature reserves and then two expansive sandy beaches in Bridlington alone.

When travelling from the north, you will find North Bay, which has a sand and shingle beach, an accessible promenade and views of the brilliant white chalk cliffs.

This is an excellent place for walkers to park your car and grab supplies from the nearby Marine Bar before exploring Bridlington south or heading up towards Sewerby and Danes Dyke.

During the summer, you can make the sightseeing easier by hopping on the land train to go to Flamborough or into the heart of town and Bridlington Spa.
