Shopmobility
At Hornsea Freeport, you can have free use of a wheelchair for the duration of your visit to the shopping centre these are available from reception.

The cash machine is located next to reception.
Security
We employ a 24hr security team. All our Security Officers are SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed. For your safety and security, CCTV cameras operate in the centre and surrounding land. If you need any assistance, please approach a member of the security team who can be located throughout the centre or in reception.

If you misplace something while you're visiting us, please contact Lost Property on 01964 534211Dog friendlyWe are a dog friendly shopping centre with some stores allowing dogs in, we also have water bowls around the village and plenty of seating.
We have two large public car parks, and two allocated disabled car parks.
There is no charge for car parking.
