We have 32 bedrooms in the hotel, which are spread over three floors, the majority of which can be accessed by lift.

We are Bed and Breakfast.

Please note some rooms are on half landings and do require the use of stairs. All of our rooms have been beautifully refurbished in a contemporary style, and are complete with a private bathroom, the usual TV and in-room beverage tray, complimentary quality toiletries, sumptuous beds, and contemporary furniture.

Our rooms are categorised by aspect; Sea View, Inland View and Inland, with the usual King, Double, Twin and Single options.

Given the nature of our Victorian building, each room really is individual in itself, and in our development plan, we have attempted to introduce some unique elements where possible.

Our sea-view rooms offer superb panoramic views across Scarborough's South Bay, from the Castle headland to Filey Brigg. There is arguably no better aspect in Scarborough and is best enjoyed at sunrise, so it’s worth an early rise at least once during your stay.

First Floor Sea View Rooms

Our first-floor sea-view king rooms each with a magnificent bay window overlooking the south bay. Relax in your sumptuous armchairs and take in the views.

These rooms can be configured as a king double or twin and have either walk-in shower or bath with shower over.

We have two individually designed sea-view single rooms on the first floor, each with feature floor to ceiling window. Standard 3 foot bed each with open plan shower area. These truly are the show stoppers.

Second Floor Sea View Rooms

Slide open the large sash windows for a gentle sea breeze and listen to the waves.

Double rooms - with standard four foot six inch double beds, each with en-suite shower rooms.

King double rooms - large six foot beds which can be split to form two single beds, each with walk-in shower.

A large family room to accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children, en-suite shower room.

Third Floor Sea View Rooms

Perched upon the top floor our 3rd floor sea-view rooms have dormer windows each with seating designed to make the best of the views.

Double rooms - with standard four foot six inch double beds, each with en-suite shower room.

King doubles rooms - large six foot beds which can be split to form two single beds, each with en-suite shower room.

A large family room to accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children, en-suite bath with shower over.

Inland Facing Rooms

Modern stylish rooms, each individual in size and shape. All inland facing so sadly no sea-view.

Double rooms - standard four foot six inch double beds, each with en-suite shower room.

King double - large six foot beds which can be split to form two single beds if preferred, either en-suite bath with shower over or walk-in shower.

Single rooms - standard 3 foot bed each with en-suite shower room - small but perfectly formed.
